1. Strict No Refund / No Return Policy
All transactions are final and non-refundable.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided after payment is successfully processed.
- This applies to all products including trading cards, sealed products, accessories, and collectibles.
2. Customer Acknowledgement & Consent
By proceeding with payment, the customer:
- Confirms that all order details are correct.
- Understands and accepts this No Refund Policy.
- Authorizes PIKASOUL TCG to process the transaction as a final sale.
This acknowledgment serves as binding consent for payment processing and dispute handling.
3. Nature of Products (High-Risk / Non-Returnable Goods)
Our products fall under categories that are strictly non-returnable due to:
- Risk of tampering, resealing, or product searching.
- Market price volatility after purchase.
- Inability to verify authenticity or condition after delivery.
4. Payment & Chargeback Policy
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for: Change of mind, product expectations, market price changes, or misunderstanding of product details.
Any unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback claims will be:
- Formally disputed with the payment provider with supporting transaction records and IP logs.
- Subject to account blacklisting and potential legal action.
5. Limited Exception (Strict Conditions Only)
Claims are only considered if the wrong item was delivered or the item is severely damaged due to delivery. Conditions:
- Must be reported within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
- Must include a clear unboxing video and photos as proof.
- Item must remain unused and in its original condition.
6. Non-Eligible Claims
- Minor defects (e.g., print lines, centering issues, packaging dents).
- Opened or tampered products.
- Delays caused by courier or external factors.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. Customers must verify all details before checkout.
8. Fraud Prevention
PIKASOUL TCG reserves the right to reject suspicious transactions, request additional verification, or suspend abusive accounts.
9. Limitation of Liability
PIKASOUL TCG shall not be liable for indirect losses, market value fluctuations, or courier damages beyond reasonable control.
10. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
