Delivery / Fulfilment Policy
This Delivery / Fulfilment Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by PIKASOUL TCG, operated by Great Deal Money Sdn Bhd (202401021098).
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation and tracking details via email.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- West Malaysia: 1–3 business days
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and parcel weight. Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available from time to time and will be stated on the website.
4. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. The courier service used may vary depending on your location.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status using the tracking link provided.
6. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. PIKASOUL TCG will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will assist in investigating the issue with the courier. Claims are subject to courier investigation and approval.
8. Pre-Orders / Backorders
For pre-order items, estimated shipping dates will be stated on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items may be shipped only when all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.
9. Self-Collection (If Applicable)
Self-collection may be arranged upon request. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
